CryO2 is like having winter’s cold intake temps during the heat of the summer!
The CryO2 system looks a lot like a Nitrous Kit, but looks can be deceiving. The CryO2 system is really nothing like a nitrous oxide system. It’s more like a super cooler for your intake air, your intercooler or your fuel system. Or all of them, if you want the maximum cooling effect. The system is easy to install, and is not dangerous at all to your engine because no gasses are actually sent into your engine when installed properly. All of the carbon dioxide is used for cooling the individual components, and then safely directed away from the intake.
CryO2 technology can be fitted to stock, normally-aspirated engines; forced air induction engines; turbocharged engines, diesels and vehicles equipped with nitrous oxide (NO2).
Other accessories are available including an Intercooler Water Sprayer Kit to enhance intercooler performance, an adjustable timer switch to control the on and off flow of CO2, Purge valves and a new for 2010 the CryO2 Fuel Chiller System. This offers the ultimate method for removing heat from fuel by charging a series of tubes surrounding the flow of fuel with CO2 to super-cool the fuel.
